Thats right everyone, starting on Nov 1st 2008, we’ll be removing our rel=”nofollow” tag from all external links. However while we are going to be passing our link juice on, we want you to keep in mind some vital stats to help improve the change of your blog comment going live with your link.

  1. When asked for your name, enter your name! You can enter your keywords after your name, ex: Robert - Google SEO Tips Blog. NOT Google SEO Tips Blog.
  2. When asked for an email address. Make sure you give a valid email address.
  3. Do not include irrelevant or spam links in your response. They will either be removed or entire post discarded.
  4. Leave more than one comment on one article. Spreading your comment love, will help ensure your comments get approved!
  5. Don’t link to a competing site. We’re here to help you increase your rankings, but we aren’t here to destroy ours while we do it.
